This is an art event that displays various light works at Makita Park. Works using candles and LEDs are on display.
In addition to works by artists, there are also works made by elementary and junior high school students from nearby schools, making this a community-participation event.
There will also be a stage set up in the waterfront plaza for musical and dance performances, as well as food trucks selling hot food and drinks, livening up Makita Park in the winter.
