Chen Mapo Tofu was founded in Chengdu, Sichuan Province in 1862 and preserves the traditional taste, using carefully selected ingredients to provide authentic mapo tofu in Japan.
Our proud Chen Mapo Tofu is made with domestically produced whole soybeans with a strong soybean flavor, and firm tofu made only with natural bittern.
Using traditional recipes, it is made with garlic leaves and ground beef, and spiced with Sichuan peppercorns (Hua Jiao), which are known for their refreshing aroma and tongue-numbing spiciness, and is a blend of the highest quality aged Pi Shen Doubanjiang and young Doubanjiang, which has a beautiful red color.

We also offer a set course menu that allows you to enjoy the variety of Sichuan cuisine, which goes beyond just spiciness.
The restaurant has tables for 3-4 people, sofa seats, and counter seats that are convenient for solo diners.
There is also an open terrace seating area on the deck side.
