At Hotel New Grand, Le Normandie, which serves traditional French cuisine, and Il Giardino, which serves authentic Italian cuisine overlooking an open garden, will be selling a full-course dinner to be enjoyed alongside the lights from Tuesday, January 2025, 1, in conjunction with the Yokohama Night Illumination 7-2024.

Enjoy the Yokohama illuminations at night
Full course dinner

Hotel New Grand will be selling a "Full-course dinner to enjoy the Yokohama illuminations at night" in collaboration with the "Yokohama illuminations at night 5-2024" at the panoramic restaurant Le Normandie on the 25th floor of the Tower Building.
The appetizers include scallops and sweet leeks in a marinade with a hint of truffle, sautéed foie gras, and clam-flavored
We have prepared a selection of chef's specialties, including fish dishes made with Shogoin turnip and grilled domestic beef loin. You can enjoy a gourmet meal together with the jewel-like sparkling illuminations.
Limited to two groups per day, this highly recommended plan includes a glass of champagne and guarantees a window seat.
Please take your time to enjoy an exquisite dinner, decorated with light and delicious food in an elegant restaurant reminiscent of a luxury cruise liner.

Enjoy the Garden of Light
Full course dinner

Hotel New Grand will be selling a "Full-course dinner to enjoy the garden of light" in collaboration with the "Yokohama Night Illumination 1-2024" at Il Giardino, an Italian restaurant on the first floor of the main building.
The course begins with an appetizer of warm, melt-in-the-mouth fried whitebait, followed by linguine pasta made with angel shrimp and a piping hot acqua pazza packed with the delicious flavors of seafood. For the main dish, we offer "peboso," a local dish from Tuscany in central Italy. The beef is carefully simmered in plenty of black pepper and red wine, giving it a rich, spicy flavor accented by a dash of black pepper.
You can enjoy your meal in an open and airy restaurant, with an atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are traveling to Italy, while gazing at the illuminated European-style garden.
Please enjoy the beautiful lights that decorate the night.
