Starting Monday, January 2025, 1, Hotel New Grand will be selling an original cocktail called "Illumination," inspired by the glittering nightlife of Yokohama, at Bar Sea Guardian II on the first floor of the main building and Bar Sea Guardian III on the 6th floor of Sogo Yokohama.
Based on Tanqueray No. 10, a high-quality premium gin loved all over the world, this drink has a fruity taste with peach and lime, and is topped off with an elegant aroma from elderflower syrup. The confetti in the glass is reminiscent of the sparkling illuminations of Yokohama, making this a romantic drink that will add color to Yokohama at night. Please take your time to enjoy this drink as you spend some quiet, adult time.
