As part of its participation in "THE YOKOHAMA ILLUMINATION," Hotel New Grand is offering a special accommodation plan, "Illumination Stay 2025-26."

This plan includes a ticket for the Yokohama Air Cabin, Japan's first urban circular ropeway, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic night view of Yokohama from the sky, and then relax in your room and enjoy the illuminations that spread out in front of your window.

The sparkling wine delivered via room service is "Bella Vista," which means "beautiful view" in Italian. The approximately 630-meter aerial route connects JR Sakuragicho Station to Unga Park Station in front of Yokohama World Porters in five minutes. Panoramic Restaurant Le Normandie on the 5th floor of the Tower Building will be offering a "Full Course Dinner to Enjoy the Illuminations" as part of the "THE YOKOHAMA ILLUMINATION" event.

This plan, limited to two groups per day, offers a full course meal with a glass of champagne at a window seat with a great view.
The menu begins with an appetizer of truffle-scented sauteed scallops and marinated poached fish, followed by a dish of sauteed foie gras in a rich, spiced sauce with fresh and flavorful Miura daikon radish. The fish dish is a yuzu-scented roasted white fish served in a clam-flavored Shogoin turnip soup, and the meat dish is grilled domestic beef loin cut into small barrel shapes.

With the glittering cityscape of Yokohama unfolding before your eyes, please enjoy a leisurely dinner of illuminations and delicious food with your loved ones.

A glittering courtyard and a full-course dinner

We will be offering a "Glittering Courtyard and Full-Course Dinner" as an event prize at "THE YOKOHAMA ILLUMINATION."

Starting with an appetizer made with Lodigiano cheese, known for its luxurious aroma and delicious flavor, the menu includes mezzi rigatoni, a warm gratin of shrimp and scallops in a creamy tomato sauce, and a fish dish made with fresh fish delivered directly from Misaki Port, grilled to perfection in breadcrumbs mixed with herbs and cheese. For meat dishes, enjoy "peboso," a regional dish from Tuscany in central Italy, where beef is slowly stewed in plenty of black pepper and red wine, resulting in the delicious, rich flavor of tender meat.

For the finale of the course, enjoy candy-crafted sweets with a "light" theme.

As the restaurant name means "garden" in Italian, you can enjoy your meal while looking out at the illuminated courtyard, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're traveling to Italy.
